Individual | Life Transitions | Psychedelic Integration

Sometimes life asks more of us than we know how to give. If you're tired, searching, or quietly sense there's more meant for you, you don't have to figure it out alone.

You're the expert on your life. I'm here to walk alongside you, listen closely, and help you find your way back to what matters.

My Approach

I see the whole person: mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Rather than focusing on a specific method or counseling modality, I draw on whatever genuinely helps you, at a pace that feels right. Influences on my work include person-centered, existential, and transpersonal approaches, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), somatic practices, and expressive arts.

Who I Work With

I work with:

  • People in the middle of a big transition

  • Those preparing for, or making sense of, a psychedelic experience

  • Leaders, and anyone carrying a lot for others, at work or at home

  • People feeling stretched thin or stuck in survival mode, who are ready to live with purpose navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions

In addition to my professional training, I've spent years leading teams, built a company of my own, and had my share of hard seasons. Life can feel heavy, frightening, even dark at times, and joyful and peaceful at others. Through all of it, there is hope, and there is another side.

Psychedelic Integration

A psychedelic experience can open doors that are hard to walk through alone. Integration is the work of making sense of what came up and gently bringing it into everyday life.

I can help you prepare beforehand, reflect afterward, and turn insight into lasting change.

What Sessions With Me Feel Like

Calm, honest, and unhurried. Come as you are. You'll be met with warmth, not judgment. Together we'll put words to what you truly want, then work side by side as you navigate your way through. You don't need to have it all figured out when you arrive. You might not even have it all figured out when we're finished. No one is perfect. Bring your baggage, and we'll unpack it together.

Areas of Focus

  • Purpose, meaning & spiritual growth

  • Stress, burnout & survival mode

  • Anxiety & feeling overwhelmed

  • Life transitions & identity

  • Relationship & family stress

  • Psychedelic integration

Beyond the Therapy Room

Outside the office I'm a father, musician, songwriter, and author. My wife, son, and two corgis, Roadie and Cricket, make sure I never take myself too seriously.

I'm rooting for you.

Credentials + Training

I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a bachelor's in Psychology from Texas A&M University. Earlier in my career, I directed a program at Cadwalder Behavioral Clinics, where I supervised and provided emergency psychological consultations.

When you’re ready, I’'ll be glad to meet you.
