Individual | Parenting Support | Technology & AI Integration

We are living through one of the most significant technological shifts in human history, and many people are quietly struggling with the emotional, relational, and psychological impacts of it. Whether you are navigating parenting in the screen age, feeling overwhelmed by constant digital connection, questioning the role of artificial intelligence in your life or work, or simply trying to stay grounded in an increasingly fast-moving world, you do not have to navigate it alone.

My work combines psychology, empathic communication, parenting, and emerging technologies, especially the impacts of social media, screen culture, and artificial intelligence on our wellbeing, relationships, and collective future.

I believe healing begins when we feel truly heard, understood, and supported with openness and compassion.

My Approach

I am here first and foremost to listen with an open heart and open mind to what is alive for you right now. I want to truly understand what you are going through and offer empathic listening and accompaniment on your journey.

I believe healing happens through authentic connection– when we are able to share honestly and have our emotions received with warmth, curiosity, and solidarity. Although I cannot take away your burdens, I can walk beside you and support you as we work through difficult emotions, complicated experiences, and moments of uncertainty together.

When people feel heard and understood, there is often greater clarity around the needs underneath their emotions and experiences. From there, we can thoughtfully explore ways to move toward the life, relationships, and sense of alignment you are seeking. I will never tell you what to do or who to become. Instead, our work is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and values.

I am fluent in both English and French and welcome the opportunity to hold sessions in either language.

Who I Work With

I work with:

  • Adults navigating parenting, career, or life challenges related to social media, technology, and artificial intelligence

  • Individuals feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain in the digital age

  • Parents navigating screen time, technology use, and family connection

  • Professionals working in high-pressure or rapidly evolving technological environments

  • Women veterans navigating transition and identity after military service

  • Women in high-pressure or male-dominated environments

My perspective is informed not only by my clinical and academic background, but also by years of research, advocacy, and active engagement in conversations surrounding AI ethics, governance, safety, and human wellbeing.

What Sessions With Me Feel Like

Sessions with me are conversational, grounded, and deeply human. Clients often describe the experience as feeling like sitting with someone who genuinely “gets” them– someone who is curious about their emotions, thoughts, relationships, and lived experience, while also bringing an informed understanding of the larger cultural and technological shifts shaping modern life.

I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or pressure. My goal is to help you feel supported enough to process honestly, reflect deeply, and move through life with greater clarity, self-understanding, and connection.

Beyond the Therapy Room

Outside of my work with clients, I have spent years studying and engaging with the intersection of humanity, technology, and emotional wellbeing. I recently completed a certificate in AI Ethics, Regulation, and Governance through Oxford University and have completed additional coursework related to artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

My perspective on AI is informed by sustained research, personal experience using generative AI, and work with organizations advocating for greater safety and regulation in the development of frontier AI systems. I am deeply interested in how these technologies are reshaping human relationships, parenting, work, identity, and emotional health– both individually and collectively.

I have also practiced Nonviolent Communication (NVC) for over 12 years, taught NVC foundations to various groups, and participated in NVC family camps with my family across the United States and Europe.

Growing up across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, alongside my eight years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, deeply shaped my worldview and the way I connect with others. As a mother of four boys, I also bring lived understanding of parenting, modern family life, and the challenges of raising children in a rapidly changing technological world.
