My approach is a sophisticated tapestry of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Inner Relationship Focusing, and Jungian Therapy. I don't just "treat" symptoms; I facilitate a homecoming. I am deeply inspired by the lineage of spiritual mothers and the women whose voices have shaped the quiet wisdom of healing. I hold a container of radical love and safety, allowing the silenced parts of the psyche to be heard, integrated, and transformed.
