Individual | Adolescents | Children | Across the Lifespan
If you’re seeking steadiness during change, stress, or uncertainty, I offer a calm and grounded space where we can slow down and reconnect with what matters most. My work centers on presence, compassion, and practical support- helping you navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity and balance.
I believe healing happens when we feel supported enough to meet life as it is, moment by moment.
My Approach
My approach integrates mindfulness, yogic principles, and practical life-of-life care, supporting emotional resilience and everyday wellbeing. Raised in Sri Lanka within a Buddhist yogic culture, I was introduced early to contemplative practice, compassion, and presence- foundations that continue to shape my therapeutic style.
I blend ancient contemplative wisdom with evidence-informed clinical methods in a way that feels accessible, grounded, and relevant to daily life.
Who I Work With
I work comfortably with clients across the lifespan, including:
Young children developing emotional regulation and grounding
Adolescents navigating identity, anxiety, or family systems
Adults seeking balance, clarity, or coping tools
Older adults experiencing grief, transition, or chronic illness
My work is always tailored to the stage of life you’re in, honoring growth, change, and the unique needs that arise at different moments.

Creative + Contemplative Foundations
I hold a degree in illustration and animation from the Maryland Institute College of Art, where I first recognized the power of creativity in emotional healing. Since 2012, I’ve taught individuals of all ages, supporting focus, confidence, and self-awareness through mindful and creative practices.
I am currently pursuing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Salisbury University, integrating creative expression with mindfulness-based therapeutic strategies to support whole-person care.
End-of-Life + Life-of-Life Care
I also provide compassionate end-of-life support, walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate the emotional, spiritual, and relational aspects of dying, caregiving, and anticipatory grief. My work honors dignity, presence, and clear communication, creating space for reflection, meaning-making, and emotional preparation.
Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of my work, I enjoy meditation, time in nature, reading, and creating art- practices that continue to support my personal and professional commitment to whole-person, life-of-life care.
