We are seeking a fully licensed, trauma-informed clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our integrative practice in Alexandria.

As a 1099 Hybrid Contractor, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of clinical autonomy and administrative support. You handle the healing; we handle the billing, referrals, and intentionally designed space.

Position Details:

  • Status: 1099 Contractor.

  • Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office in Alexandria, VA + virtual flexibility).

  • Licensure: Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia required. We are open to exceptional Residents in Counseling/Social Work who demonstrate strong clinical alignment and a commitment to integrative care.

Ideal Clinical Fit:

  • You have an interest in integrative & holistic approaches (Somatic, Mind-Body, Trauma-informed).

  • Bonus: Experience or a strong desire to expand into Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and other psychedelic-assisted modalities.
